Shipping Policy


MADAMGLOW.COM currently offers shipping options for United States and International. Pricing and ship windows vary by location and order value.


MADAMGLOW is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.

 We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If you choose not to purchase package protection. Madamglow will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.


United States

FedEx is our designated shipping carrier for standard shipping. All orders take 1-2 business day to process and 3-5 business days to be delivered. 



Fedex is our designated carriers for all International orders. Pricing is calculated at checkout and is determined by both the weight of your parcel as well as location. Shipping options are dependent on location and will be available for selection upon checkout. 

All orders require 1-3 business days to process and ship window will be specified at checkout when selecting your preferred selection. Expect orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks.


Customs and import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value. We have no control over these fees. The customer is responsible for all customs and or import fees.



How can I find the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email updating you on the delivery status with an associated tracking number. You can view your order’s delivery status on directly on the shipping carrier’s website by entering your unique tracking number.


If a package is returned to due to incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer. The customer will be responsible for redelivery cost.

Due to hygiene and nature of skin care products no refunds or returns are accepted
